We are a relaxed Inn and allow late check-outs unless the room
is needed. However we do not enjoy late arrivals due to the comfort
of other guests. We ask for a courtesy telephone call if you will
be late.
Payments
A 50% deposit per room is required for all reservations.
AMEX, DISC, VISA, CHECK, TRAVELERS CHECK MONEY ORDER AND CASH ACCEPTED.
Cancellation Policy
7 day cancellation period. If last minute cancellation is unavoidable and we can re-rent the room the room the refund less $25 will apply. Please note we have a 30 day cancellation period for all group bookings and special event weekends.
NO SHOWS ARE CHARGED FULL RATE.
A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.

Breakfast
A Full Gourmet Country Breakfast is served buffet style on Saturday and Sunday and is included in the rate. Chef offers dietary alternatives if requested on registration.
A Breakfast Tray is available for Honeymooners. Request on reservation.
Children
Welcome., bring your family for some summer fun on the river.
Pets
Regretfully but no pets allowed.
Smoking and Drinking
We are a non-smoking establishment. Absolutely no smoking in any rooms, outdoor areas and porches are available for this. Please always extinguish your cigarette as this is a Historical Inn built in 1843. Social drinking is accepted. We ask guests to be considerate of their neighbours with loud music and TV sound.
Rates
All rates include full breakfast. All rates are for double occupancy.
A $20 charge for extra adult in the room. Extra child $10.
